Offer requests

We collect your name, email, chosen item, size, quantity, offered amount and any message you include to review and negotiate your offer. Offer emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. Your offer-related email consent does not subscribe you to marketing.

Drop alerts

If you choose drop alerts, we store your email and signup source. You must confirm your email before receiving marketing. Your private subscription link lets you unsubscribe. Offer emails and marketing consent are separate. We do not sell the signup list.

Private offer links

Your status link provides access to your offer. Keep it private. The store owner receives a separate link to approve, deny or counter. Decisions require a deliberate button press; opening an email or link does not approve anything.

Payments and fulfillment

When orders open, Stripe handles payment details and Printful receives the delivery and garment information needed for jacket fulfillment. We do not store card numbers. No payment is taken while checkout is closed.

Abuse prevention and storage

We keep offer records to provide the service and resolve order questions. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit spam; offer forms do not collect a delivery address. This site does not add third-party advertising trackers or automatically enroll offer customers in marketing.

Changing your details

Use the private offer page to view the decision. To withdraw or correct a pending request, submit the correction as a new request and identify the original offer reference without sharing its private token. A customer-support contact and final retention policy will be published before orders open.
